About Our Roadside Assistance Service —
When Your Car
Stops, We Don’t
We know what it feels like to be stranded. The moment your car won’t start, your tire goes flat, or you realize you’re locked out in a parking lot at 10 PM — that mix of frustration, stress, and uncertainty sets in fast. It doesn’t matter if it’s a Tuesday morning commute or a Sunday night on an unfamiliar highway. When you call us, a real person picks up, and a trained technician starts moving toward you. That’s the whole point.
— No Membership Required
01
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE EMERGENCIES HANDLED
Roadside assistance isn’t glamorous work — it’s quiet, reliable, show-up-when-it-matters work. Every technician we dispatch is trained to handle common vehicle emergencies quickly, professionally, and without making you feel like an inconvenience. No membership required. No waiting on hold for a claims number. Just call us, tell us where you are, and we take it from there.
— ZERO SURPRISES
02
You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out
One of the most common things we hear when people call is “I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong.” That’s completely fine. You’re not a mechanic and you shouldn’t have to be. Our dispatcher will ask you a few simple questions — does the car start, where are you located, are you in a safe spot — and we’ll figure out what to send. Sometimes it’s a jump start. Sometimes it’s a tire change. Sometimes it’s a tow. We’ll tell you what we think you need before anyone shows up, and we won’t change the plan on you after you’ve already agreed to it.
— STAY SAFE WHILE YOU WAIT
03
Your Safety Comes Before the Car
If you’re on a highway shoulder or a poorly lit road, the car is the second priority. The first is making sure you’re in the safest position possible while you wait. When you call, we’ll walk you through what to do — hazard lights on, stay in the vehicle if it’s a high-traffic area, set up any reflective triangles if you have them. Our response time is fast, but the few minutes between your call and our arrival matter, and we’d rather spend 30 seconds on the phone making sure you’re positioned well than have you standing outside a dark vehicle on an interstate shoulder.
— WHEREVER YOU NEED US
04
Where You Are Is Where We Come
Roadside emergencies don’t only happen on the side of the road. In 2024, parking lots and driveways actually made up a significant and growing share of all roadside assistance calls — a dead battery in a grocery store parking lot, a flat tire in your own driveway, locked out of your car at work. Wherever you are, our service area covers it. You don’t need to be on a highway to call us. You just need to have a servicable issue.
What We Do At The Scene —
Six Ways We
Get You Moving
01
Jump Start
A dead car battery is the single most common reason drivers call for help — over 7 million calls a year in the US alone were made for jump starts. We bring the right equipment to jump-start your vehicle safely. But if your battery is failing rather than just discharged and needing a boost, we’ll tell you and offer to tow you so you’re not stranded again an hour later.
02
Flat Tire Service
We mount your spare if you have one and it’s in serviceable condition, or we handle inflation for slow leaks you can safely drive on. Here’s something most roadside companies don’t tell you: a growing number of new vehicles — including most EVs — no longer include a spare tire. If that’s you, we’ll tow you to the nearest shop instead of leaving you stranded with no options.
03
Lockout Service
Locked your keys inside? Keyless entry not responding? Key fob battery dead? We use professional lockout tools designed to open your vehicle without damaging the door, window, or lock mechanism. We work on all makes and models, including vehicles with push-button ignitions and modern keyless systems. Don’t use a coat hanger.
04
Fuel Delivery
Running out of gas happens to careful drivers more often than you’d think — unfamiliar areas, gas stations further apart than expected, a gauge that reads differently than it used to. We bring enough fuel to get you to the nearest station. You pay for the fuel itself; the delivery is covered in the service call. We also carry diesel — just let the dispatcher know when you call.
05
Winching Service
Slid off a road, dropped a wheel off the pavement, or got stuck in mud, snow, or sand? If your vehicle is stuck within 100 feet of a solid surface, we can winch you out. We assess the situation before we hook to anything — then we get your car unstuck without causing damage to the frame, bumper, or undercarriage in the process.
06
EV Roadside Assistance
Electric vehicles have their own set of roadside needs that standard services often aren’t prepared for. EVs must always be flatbed-towed — never wheel-lifted — to protect the battery and drivetrain. Many EVs have no spare tire, so a flat tire means a tow. If you’ve run low on charge, we’ll get you to the nearest charging station or home. We know what EVs need. You don’t have to explain it.
Beyond the Basics
Not Every Breakdown
Is a Simple Fix
A jump start, a tire change, a lockout — most roadside calls are straightforward. But some situations are a little more complicated, and the difference between a tow truck operator who’s prepared for it and one who isn’t can turn a 30-minute fix into a two-hour ordeal. Here are some of the situations we handle every day that don’t fit neatly into a standard service call.
Dead Battery After a Long Sit
A battery that’s been drained completely — not just discharged from a door left open, but fully dead from weeks of inactivity — often won’t respond to a standard jump start. We carry equipment rated for deep-discharge situations so you’re not calling us again in a couple of hours.
Locked Out With a Dead Key Fob
Modern keyless entry systems fail when the fob battery dies — and a lot of drivers don’t know there’s a physical key hidden inside the fob as a backup. We’ll get you in either way, and we’ll show you the backup method while we’re there.
Stuck in Mud, Sand, or Snow
Not every winch-out is the same. A vehicle stuck in soft sand behaves differently than one in deep mud or packed snow. We assess the angle, the ground condition, and the best extraction point before we hook anything up — because a sloppy winch job can cause more damage than the original situation.
Flat Tire With No Spare
A growing number of vehicles — including most EVs, many crossovers, and newer sedans — no longer come with a spare tire. If that’s you, we don’t leave you stranded guessing what to do. We transition directly to a tow and get you to the nearest tire shop or dealer.
Out of Fuel on a Highway
Running out of gas on an interstate where you can’t safely walk is a different situation than stalling in a parking lot. We’ll deliver fuel to your location and stay on the line with you until we arrive if you’re in a potentially dangerous situation.
Breakdown Far From Home
If you’re traveling and break down in an unfamiliar city with no local mechanic to call, we don’t just fix the immediate problem and drive away. We can help you identify a nearby shop, arrange a tow if needed, and make sure you know your next step before we leave the scene.

Roadside Solutions For These —
Every Vehicle.
Every Situation.
Whether you drive a nondescript beater, a work pickup truck, an SUV, a motorcycle, an RV, or a fully electric vehicle, the same principle applies — when you’re stuck and need help with your car, you need expert help from someone who knows their way around your vehicle. Each vehicle type has its own quirks, and our tow truck operators know them. And can usually provide a solution on the spot. And, if we can’t fix it, we’ll tow your car to the repair shop of your choice.

Passenger Cars
The most common roadside call there is. Jump starts, flat tires, lockouts, fuel — we’ve handled every make and model, from a 20-year-old Civic to a brand-new luxury sedan.

Pickup Trucks
Trucks have bigger batteries and heavier frames — our equipment is rated for them. If you’re hauling a trailer and break down, we can handle that as well.

SUVs & Crossovers
AWD and 4WD SUVs may need flatbed towing if they can’t be driven — we’ll send the right truck the first time so we’re not making a second trip.

Motorcycles
Flat tires on motorcycles are more common than most riders expect, especially in warmer months. We handle jump starts and gas delivery too — and if it needs a tow, we have the right equipment for that.

RVs & Motorhomes
RV roadside incidents peak in summer — and they’re often more complicated than a passenger car call. We handle jump starts, lockouts, and tire issues, and we can also provide a tow for larger units when needed.

Electric Vehicles
No spare tire, flatbed-only towing, EV-safe jump start procedures for the 12V system — EVs have specific needs and our technicians know what they are before they arrive.
What Happens When You Call —
Simple Steps.
Fast Help.
You don’t need to know the full story before you call. You just need to know where you are. Here’s what happens from the moment you pick up the phone.
01
Call Us
Dial 800-555-0192. A real person answers — not a recording, not an automated system. We’ll ask where you are, what the vehicle is, and what you know about the problem. If you’re not sure what’s wrong, say so. We’ll help figure it out.
02
We Confirm & Dispatch
We confirm your location, give you an honest ETA, and tell you what service we’re sending and what it will cost. We don’t start moving until you know the plan and agree to it. You’ll also get a few safety tips for the minutes before our technician arrives.
03
We Arrive
Our tow truck operators shows up with the right equipment for your situation. He introduces himself, confirms what you’ve told dispatch, and takes a look at the vehicle before doing anything. No rushing, no assumptions — just a professional who knows what he’s doing.
04
Problem Solved
In most cases, the problem is resolved on the spot and you’re back on the road on your way. If it’s more than we can fix roadside — a mechanical failure, a blown tire with no spare — we transition smoothly to a tow. You don’t need to make a second call. We handle the whole thing.

COMMON QUESTIONS —
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FAQS
No — you never need a membership to call us. We provide roadside assistance on a per-service basis. You call, we come, you pay for the service. No annual fees, no sign-up process, no waiting to confirm coverage. If you’re stranded right now, that’s all that matters.
Pricing depends on the service and your location. A jump start or lockout typically runs $65–$100. Fuel delivery covers the service call — you pay for the fuel itself separately. We give you the price before we dispatch, and what we quote is what you pay. No surprise charges when the technician arrives.
This is becoming much more common — a large number of newer vehicles, including most EVs and many crossovers, no longer include a spare tire. If you have a flat and no spare, we’ll tow your vehicle to the nearest tire shop or dealer. If your tire has a slow leak that can be temporarily inflated, we’ll try that first so you can drive yourself to a shop. We won’t leave you with no options.
Yes. If you’ve run low on charge, we’ll tow your EV to the nearest charging station, a dealer, or your home — wherever makes the most sense for your situation. EVs must always be towed on a flatbed, not wheel-lifted, and our technicians know that. We also handle EV lockouts and flat tire situations, including the no-spare reality that most EVs carry.
If you can pull fully off the road onto a shoulder or exit ramp, staying in your vehicle with your seatbelt on is generally safer than standing outside near traffic. Turn on your hazard lights immediately. If you’re on a high-speed highway and can’t get fully clear of traffic, exiting from the passenger side and waiting behind a guardrail is a better choice. When you call us, we’ll walk you through what makes sense for your specific situation.
If the problem is beyond what we can solve on the spot — a serious mechanical issue, a flat without a good spare, an electrical failure that needs a dealer — we transition directly to a tow. You don’t need to call a second number or start the process over. Our tow truck operator handles both roadside assistance and towing, and we’ll take your vehicle wherever you direct: your mechanic, your dealer, your home.
