Partner Intake

This is how we build your page. Every answer here turns into real content that separates your page from the copy-paste sites your competitors run — the roads you actually work, the trucks you actually roll, the jobs you're known for. The more specific you are, the better your page performs. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Plan on 20–30 minutes.

Have these ready before you start

  • A few photos of your trucks (lettered, on the job or at your yard) and your building or signage.

  • A copy of your business license.
  • A recent utility bill or your lease for your shop location.

That's the only homework — the rest you know off the top of your head. There's no save-and-resume, so grab these first.

02 WHERE YOU ACTUALLY WORK

Generic pages say "serving the greater area." Yours will name the roads. That specificity is what makes motorists — and Google — trust the page.

03 YOUR FLEET & EQUIPMENT

04 SERVICES YOU PROVIDE

Select only what you can roll a truck for today. If a stranded motorist calls at 2 AM asking for it, can you send a truck? If not, leave it unchecked — an unchecked box costs you nothing, but a promise you can't keep is chancing a negative review.

07 Credentials & Your Protection File

Two jobs get done with this section. Your license and location documents help us present your business credibly on your page — and they go into your Protection File.

What's a Protection File?

Google occasionally asks businesses to re-verify their information — and towing gets extra scrutiny because of all the fake listings out there. It rarely happens. But if Google ever questions your profile, we already have everything on hand to respond for you within hours, instead of you scrambling to find paperwork for days while your phone doesn't ring.

You run trucks; we handle Google. These documents are stored privately, used only to represent your business, and never published.

08 AVAILABILITY

Your real hours *
If you're 24/7, say so — and mean it, because Google checks

Note: we don't publish arrival-time promises. Traffic and job stacking make every "30-minute average" a promise somebody eventually breaks. We publish what's structurally true — your availability, your coverage, your equipment.

09 YOUR PHONE SETUP

We set up a local tracking number for your service. Here's what that means in plain terms:

  • It's a local number in your own area code that forwards instantly to your dispatch line. Callers notice nothing; your phone rings like always.

  • Every call it delivers is logged — date, time, duration — so your monthly reporting shows exactly the calls you received. No guessing, no taking our word for it.

  • It goes to work on your TTP location page, and wherever else we route calls to you.
  • If your setup ever calls for a change to your Google listing, we walk you through it personally first — nothing happens to your listing without your say-so.
OK to record calls for quality and dispute purposes? *
Recording is standard — so every job detail is captured accurately and nothing gets missed.

10 YOUR VOICE

Your page shouldn't sound like every other towing site. Answer these like you're talking, not writing.

We'll review your answers and be in touch to walk through your page build.
